About the Baker

Our History

I started making pizzas with my father when I was two years old. We would mix all the ingredients into a bread maker and it would run for an hour twice. After the first hour we would punch the dough down. As I grew older my father and I would continue to make pizzas every weekend. He would tell me funny stories of baking together as a toddler. One particular story was, he turned around for two seconds with myself measuring. When he turned back around he discovered flour everywhere.
As a young teen I would bake with a woman I considered my second mother. We would make pies, breads, cupcakes, brownies, and most of all cookies. I remember going to my grandmothers every summer and baking cookies and other simple dishes.
I always remember baking. Food is a unique part of life that allows people to connect with one another. They say the stomach is one of the most important organs in the body, the "first brain" so to speak. My goal is make something your tastebuds will love and your stomach will remember!
